Yes, we create custom lagoons. Using natural rock work and our Northern Virgina landscape and plantings, we bring a natural southern lagoon to your backyard oasis!

What's included in your our standard pool?
1. Pool design drawing
2. Standard permits (We get them for you)
3. Excavation and dirt stay OR removal/hauling included on the day of excavation
4. Temporary Safety Fence for the duration of the project, until your safety barrier is installed.
5. Pool filter – Jandy Cartridge filter (size determined by pool size)
6. Pump control: Jandy Speedset standard
7. Pool pump – Jandy variable speed (size determined by pool size)
8. Minimum 2.0” schedule 40 PVC plumbing
9. (1) skimmers & (2) returns in the pool wall (determined by pool size)
10. Dual Bottom Drains
11. In-Line Chlorinator: Nature 2 Fusion Tab Feeder (upgrade to Salt will be noted below)
12. Filter located within 25’ of deep end pool skimmer if possible.
13. (1) Jandy Watercolors multicolor LED light (based on size of the pool) with LED Controller
14. Standard Pool coping – Concrete cantilever or Belgard Marina coping as standard
15. Standard electrical hook-up within 50’ from existing panel to filter location ($16 per foot if between 101’ and 199’ total run; 200’+ by bid)
16. Equipotential bonding grid
17. (1) GFI outlets – 1 at pool equipment and 1 outlet 8-20' from pool as per code requirements.
18. 36" of concrete pool decking is typical around the perimeter of the pool
19. Maintenance equipment package & Start-up chemicals
20. New pool orientation (Pool School)
